2. Objective of the AML Policy
Commitment to Security and Transparency
Gravira is committed to maintaining the highest level of financial integrity and platform security. Account verification procedures are implemented to confirm user identity and prevent misuse of funds.
The primary goals of this AML framework are:
- To verify that user identities are genuine and accurate
- To ensure funds deposited are lawfully obtained
- To reduce exposure to money laundering and related risks
We apply risk-based measures that consider nationality, transaction methods, and withdrawal activity. These measures are designed to create a strong defense against financial crime.
3. Customer Identification and Verification (KYC)
Initial Verification
A Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all users. The first stage typically includes electronic verification checks to confirm identity and account ownership.
Gravira may request:
- Government-issued identification
- Proof of residential address
- Source of funds documentation
- Additional information where necessary
Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification procedures are incomplete. Gravira reserves the right to deny withdrawals if verification standards are not satisfied.
Enhanced Verification
In cases involving larger transaction volumes or elevated risk factors, enhanced due diligence may be applied. This may include further documentation requests or transaction reviews.
Users who fail to comply with verification requirements may have their accounts temporarily restricted or funds frozen until compliance is achieved.
4. Coin Mixing and Cryptocurrency Controls
Policy on Coin Mixing
Gravira maintains a strict policy against coin mixing and cryptocurrency obfuscation techniques. These practices are closely monitored as part of our AML risk controls.
If suspicious blockchain activity is detected, withdrawals may be suspended until one of the following conditions is met:
- Funds are returned to the original deposit address
- Full KYC verification is completed
- A minimum wagering requirement is satisfied
Each case is reviewed individually, and Gravira reserves discretion in resolving such matters.
5. Sanctions and Compliance Screening
Sanctions Monitoring
Gravira conducts screening against international sanctions databases and politically exposed persons (PEP) lists. Individuals or entities subject to sanctions, watchlists, or regulatory restrictions are prohibited from using the Service.
Users represent and warrant that they are not:
- Subject to international sanctions
- Listed on global watchlists
- Acting on behalf of restricted persons or entities
Gravira reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to confirm user identity and geographic location.
Restricted Jurisdictions
Users located in certain prohibited or high-risk jurisdictions are not permitted to access the Service. Attempts to bypass geographic restrictions — including the use of VPNs or falsified information — constitute a breach of this Agreement.
6. Risk Management Framework
Risk Categorization
To manage exposure to global financial risks, Gravira classifies jurisdictions into three categories:
- Low Risk – Standard three-step verification applies.
- Medium Risk – Lower transaction thresholds trigger enhanced AML checks.
- High Risk – Access is restricted or prohibited entirely.
These classifications are reviewed regularly to reflect evolving regulatory landscapes.
Ongoing Transaction Monitoring
All transactions are continuously monitored to detect suspicious behavior. Monitoring includes pattern analysis, unusual activity detection, and risk scoring.
If suspicious transactions are identified, the AML team may:
- Report findings to relevant financial authorities
- Suspend or terminate business relationships
- Restrict account access pending investigation
7. Reporting and Record Keeping
Suspicious Activity Reporting
Where internal analysis identifies unusual or potentially unlawful activity, Gravira may submit reports to the appropriate financial intelligence authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Decisions regarding reporting and account termination are made by the AML Compliance Officer based on internal findings.
Record Retention
All verification records and transaction data are securely stored, both online and offline, using encryption standards. Records are retained in accordance with regulatory requirements to ensure traceability and compliance.
8. Data Security and Confidentiality
Gravira maintains strict data protection standards to ensure personal information remains confidential and secure. User data is never sold or disclosed except where legally required or necessary to prevent financial crime.
All AML-related data processing complies with applicable data protection regulations. Users are encouraged to review our Privacy Policy for further details regarding data handling practices.
